Yuhki Midoh， aka Time-Space Investigator Time Phoenix， has slipped into the Warring Era， chasing after Cain the Time-Space criminal， a devilish beast humanoid. There Yuhki meets a girl called Matsu whom Cain is messing with. Matsu asks Yuhki Midoh， Time Phoenix， who has saved her from Cain， dressed in a strange garb as a secret agent for Masamune Date， to side with her. Puzzled with the unexpected offer， Yuhki is moved by Matsu’s earnest wish and her beautiful figure and accepts it to pin down Cain’s whereabouts. In the era， warlords like Yukimura Sanada， Masamune Date and Kenshin Uesugi have been fighting up against the Archenemy. Meanwhile， Cain has collaborated with the Archenemy made up of Nobunaga Oda， Sasuke Sarutobi and Tadakatsu Honda by supplying weaponry of the future. Yuhki talks Date and the group into believing that she has come from the future. In the meantime， Matsu runs single-handedly to the Archenemy. Matsu has also developed special sentiments for Yuhki. Aware of Matsu’s action， Yuhki goes after her… Fierce battles of the Warring Era and episodes of ardent friendship flare up now， spanning the time-space!

And it seems Daisy bears an unusual hatred for Camullas…. The fact is that Daisy vowed revenge on Camullas， who had murdered her partner while she was a member of the special investigation unit. Daisy sets out to investigate the case on her own， but she is obviously no match for Camullas， an evil super-criminal， and Daisy is easily beaten. Daisy， who got injured during the fight， is taken off the investigation team， as she failed to submit the precious information about Camullas. Now that she is not allowed to fight， Daisy feels terribly dispirited， having lost the meaning of life， but with Sakura encouraging her to cheer up， Daisy starts to smile once again， and gets friendlier with her fellow rangers. Meanwhile， Camullas hatches up a plan to bring Daisy， who has supernatural powers， to her side. She abducts Sakura in order to make Daisy feel the pain of losing her partner once again. What will become of captured Sakura? Will Daisy exact her revenge for the death of her friend? The sharp fangs of the evil criminal beauty are poised to come down on Psi-Rangers!!!

In the future， where traffic among planets is active… At the Cosmic Investigation Bureau， Earth Branch， which was established to cope with cosmic criminals， three investigators called Psi-Rangers have been installed. Hina Shibata， aka Haru， Umika Saijo， aka Sis Umi， and Mitsuki Shima， aka Tsukky， have grudgingly agreed to their boss， Mycenae Fujido， who proposes to add members. Now the Psi-Rangers are composed of five members. Sakurako Hayami， a new member aka Sakura， on her first day to the office happens to come across Gallant M， a criminal wanted in the universe. She follows him to arrest for her first feat， but she gets in Gallant M’s trap for lack of experience!! Luckily， she is rescued by Kikuno Taki， an elite ex-investigator， aka Daisy， who has been following her. In fact， she is another new member of the Psi-Rangers. When Psi-Rangers made up of unique characters meet for their first get-together， the news of a cosmic criminal invading comes in!! The Psi-Rangers set out for investigation separately in three teams; Haru and Sakura for one， Tsukky and Daisy for two， and Sis Umi for three. The team of Haru and Sakura， who do not get along well， encounters the criminal. Transformed， they fight with the criminal， but bitten by a miniature snake stuck into their ears， their masks are lost， and they are captured. Haru， with the snake winding around her， gets her suit ripped off by its sharp fang. Sakura gets damaged by thorny punches and her suit is also destroyed. Will the newly born Psi-Rangers survive this pinch? The first chapter of girlie investigator rangers now unfolds!!

Jun and Sora have decided to fight as Milfenas. During the fierce battle against Ark， Ark’s mask slips off， revealing her true face before the girls. And Seiko is greatly shocked at seeing Ark’s face. Enraged Ark blasts Shell and Seiko， but Heart alone could resist the impact using her powers. Damack， witnessing Heart’s unusual powers， suspects something is happening to her. Then Dibolos orders Damack to ”change the target and bring the new fighter that has fallen.” Despite Heart’s resistance， Shell is taken away by Damack. Dispirited， Jun and Seiko return to the room where Marble waits. Seiko thinks the enemy is after the crystal， into which the warrior’s hyper-energy is condensed. Hearing Seiko’s theory， Jun asks her to give her a special training session. Seiko watches over Jun as she continues to train very hard. Then Damack and Ark make a surprise attack. Heart has to fight a tough battle against them， when a new enemy arrives. Heart and Seiko are taken aback by a masked warrior who somehow resembles Shell. The mysterious warrior starts attacking Heart. As Heart’s blow hits the mask， the mysterious warrior’s face is revealed. It is Shell. Ark and Shell keep attacking Heart， who is terribly unsettled by the unexpected turn of events. All Heart can do is defend herself against their vigorous attack. Seiko interferes with their attack， and retreats with Heart， who has been severely injured. Can Heart save the world from Shell， who has turned evil? Which should she choose， ”her precious best friend” or ”the world”? After much agonizing， Jun has to make a decision， but what will that be?

Blanch has lost Milfina’s power， and Soleil has gone missing… Middle-school students， Jun Asakura and Sora Ohsumi， meet on their way to school strange fairies looking like cute plushies. Surprised， the two ask the fairies and learn that they have fled their homeland， chased by Dibolos， the incarnation of evils. In front of Jun and Sora， who sympathize with them， suddenly appears Damack， the woman cadre of Dibolos， who demands to surrender the fairies. Knowing that she is the evil who has sent the fairies out of their homeland， Jun and Sora try to protect them (Cookie and Marble) from Damack. Irritated by the two fleeing her attacks， Damack summons Shebakzoh， the devil of evils. Jun and Sora do their best in defending the fairies， but finally they are cornered by Shebakzoh under her overwhelming power. Cookie and Marble， seeing warrior’s talents in the two， give Jun and Sora the fighting power. Transformed into Milfinas using the power， Jun and Sora are puzzled with their mounting strength， but they combine their power to down the assaulting Shebakzoh. Now successfully beating the formidable devil by their own hands， and renamed as Heart and Shell， they are rejoiced with their victory and determine to keep fighting to protect the world.

A girl named Akira Kogetsu(means a crystal on the shining moon) has been appointed from the founder Lumiere Kyoko Kouya(means a shining glass arrow) who’s also the class teacher， and now with Akira’s friend named Akane Himura(means the red raising sun over a village)， Akira as the second generation Lumiere fights against evil creatures to protect girls on the street. But one day， a witch named Dorule revives even if she was sealed by the founder Lumiere， and now the witch plots to get even with the founder Lumiere. The second generation Lumiere has a close game to the botanic evil creature named the Cell-Man， but she somehow defeats it. But she is no match for Dorule who has completely restored. And she is beaten up and captured. Kyoko as the founder Lumiere hears about a crisis of Akira from her friend Akane who now knows Akira is the Lumiere， and Kyoko goes to rescue Akira (the second Lumiere). But what is waiting for her is Dorule who changes herself into the second Lumiere. Lumiere doesn’t notice it and gets a poison shot， and she gets beaten and captured， and receives fierce torture. On the other hand， Akira is rescued by Akane， and both of them go to rescue Kyoko， but Dorule has gained the evil magic power and created a vicious skull which can suck saint light comes from a source of power of Lumiere， and Dorule snatches power of the two heroines. Well， what kind of fates are waiting for the two Lumiere whose fighting power has been taken away!
