After the tempered boot of Bird Five is taken during the fight， the secret of the tempered suit’s weakness is handed to the enemy. While Bird Pink rests to cure poison infected when fighting with Thorn Monster， Bird Blue solely fights against the enemy but finally captured. Bird Pink heads to rescue him and fight against them， but she is shot their developed ray weapon named Bird Killer Gun. Brainwashed， Bird Blue attacks Bird Pink， and Thorn Monster tears Bird Pink’s suit into pieces and whips her so harshly and chases down strong-minded Bird-Pink. Bird Pink removes her joints to get out of restriction and fights against them. But her wounded body cannot catch up with her strong mind. Bird Blue sacrifices his life to rescue Bird Pink in imminent danger， but his deed is going to be useless. ”I don’t want to die until I beat you…” She resents against the enemy. But She gets killed and her body is exposed on TV nationwide.

Unable to locate the invention， the syndicate allowed the doctor to commit suicide. Nishigami， the leader of the syndicate， spotting a photo carried by the doctor， eyed Ami， the doctor’s daughter. Ami Kusanagi， living alone from her father for some years as a coed， is now abducted by Nishigami’s underlings. Questioned about where the Space Element Constructor is located， Ami get her body pierced with needles all over but is unable to confess because she knows nothing about it. With the torture electricity running through her body， she hears her father’s voice suddenly through the earrings she wears. ”If you have the will to fight back， I want you to shout out ’Mighty Flash’…” The Space Element Constructor has been embedded in her body since she was hospitalized after a serious traffic accident she went through. Emilia is an interplanetary bounty hunter looking for suspects. She has arrived on Earth alone from outer space， and she rescues Kyohei Kanzaki and Natsuki Satsuma， researchers working on making a space map when they are attacked by alien bounty hunters. Kyohei and Natsuki are amazed to see Emilia’s strength as she fights， and invite her to their observatory. Then Emilia unveils to them that she has been chasing a high-profile fugitive named Zaulem with her partner， an electronic life-form named Brain， and that Zaulem has isolated the town where their observatory is located from the outside world by using barriers. Then Emilia sets out to catch Zaulem on her own， leaving Kyohei and Natsuki in the laboratory. She finds the suspect and fights him， but when a humanoid monster Gjudaru shows up to assist Zaulem， Emilia gets cornered. Fortunately Kyohei and Natsuki arrive to her rescue in the nick of time， and save her by using a weapon in her luggage. They go back to the observatory to take a rest， and Emilia again sets off in search of Zaulem…. Meanwhile， Natsuki notices Kyohei is attracted to Emilia and out of envy she gives information about Emilia to Zaulem when she is attacked by him. Now Emilia is alone， not knowing that a horrible fate awaits her….
