Gloga， Cadre of evil organization Grown， captures Reiko Jo， a female detective， as a hostage to defeat Earth Fighter who always interrupt Gloga’s Earth domination plan. However， Reiko was already fed up with detective， so Reiko tells Gloga that if she can become a cadre of Grown， she can seduce Red Dragon and Yellow Griffin to let them her subordinates. Reiko becomes Jiona， a female cadre of Gloga. She put her plan into practice as she said. Red Dragon and Yellow Griffin becomes her subordinates. Jiona tries to defeat Blue Mermaid carefully because Jiona doesn’t like Blue Mermaid since she was a detective.
