Mermaid White/Kiri Mukai fights with evil secret society Masaka as a member of Mermaid Three， but she feels that her limit is approaching because she has an incurable disease. One day， chemicals factories are attacked one after another. Mermaid Three rush to the site to defeat Masaka. However， Mermaid White is driven into the corner by combatants. Then， one female combatant rescues Mermaid White for some reason. The combatant reforms herself and decides to be a member of Mermaid Three to battle with evil. She succeeds Kiri as Mermaid White. But Dr. Yamada seems to be displeased with her because his brother was killed by Masaka in the chemical plant. Dr. Yamada gives a fake bracelet to new White for his revenge. Can new White be a real Mermaid White!?

Aika Shiraki/Ginga Mercury has conflicted with Takako Sasamura， a member of interrogation department， because Takako interrogates combatants in an inhumane manner. Then Aika blows the whistle on Sasamura’s interrogation. Sasamura receives disciplinary dismissal but she defects to the Darkness World BAZOO. She becomes a monster Torturer to revenge Aika. Torturer decoys Aika while another Gingaiger members are absent. BAZOO concentrates all their efforts to defeat Aika. Finally， Aika’s Gingaiger suit is released. Torturer starts torturing Aika with his deep grudge. Is Gingaiger able to stop the plan of monster Torturer!?
