Female ninja Aya has retired from ninja art world. Now she teaches an art of self-defense at town dojo. However， her dojo gets into financial trouble， so she decides to take part in the battle tournament. There， she meets Daikichi Kuruma who used to her fellow. Kuruma asks Aya to become agent again， because he wants to disclose activity of Jinsai Onizuka who reigns the solitary island “Taki Island” as a dictator. The island belongs to the border and is lawless zone. Aya entries to the tournament Onizuka organized. She fights it out the tournament but she is detected her real identity and tortured.
