A schoolgirl Suzu Katase was remodeled by the evil secret society Zoo which plans to dominate the world， and she becomes animal girl Sailor Cat who has a cat attribute. She fights with Zoo to protect balance between human and animal world. One day， a man-eating lion escapes from a circus and attacks people. Sailor Cat rush to the site and leads the lion to the circus but the leader of the circus punishes the lion severely. Sailor Cat tries to save the lion but suddenly Mad Tiger who has a tiger attribute attacks her. If she wins the battle， she can release the lion but if she loses， she has to be exposed shamefully in the circus. Mad Tiger is the strongest animal man in the cat family. Is Sailor Cat able to win Mad Tiger!?
